Delivery Terms by Supplier

All delivery schedule will be confirmed in phone call by supplier in 1 working day before.

If encountered extreme weather, all shipping schedule will postpone to the next working day.

Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan deliver on Mondays & Thursdays.

Shipping via ferry at Yau Ma Tei will be arranged in the morning.

If your address has to be reached by hand trolley, the first 50 meters will be free of charge, afterwards it cost HK$55/50meters.

Shipping time will be adjusted by the delivery routes and orders of the day.

Under the regulation of HKSAR, the following areas forbid 5.5t trucks to enter, which requires us to make special arrangement of cars. Please find the extra charge to delivery to these addresses as follow:
HK Area: Deep water bay (entire road), Shouson Hill Road, Mt. - 油麻地寄船將安排上午送貨。
- 如因村屋或屋苑需推路送貨,首50米免費,其後每路程50米 / 55元(不足50米亦計算一程)
