Refund policy

We consider your confirmed and paid order on our website as final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any modification or order, return or cancellation, except the following:

Wrong order (Cancellation & Refund)

If you made an order by mistake, please contact us at info@kodakitchen.com immediately. For cancellation of mistaken orders, you will be refunded while deducting the transaction fee of the payment platform (such as PayPal or Shopify). No changes could be made after 24 hours of order confirmed.

Modification of order

If you need to modify your order, please contact us at info@kodakitchen.com immediately. If we are still preparing your order, you may change to the items you like. No changes could be made after 24 hours of order confirmed.

If the new order cost less than the original, based on our no-refund policy the amount will not be refunded. We will provide a cash coupon code as store credit for the price difference for your next purchase, valid for 3 months.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
